Talking to parents about your feelings takes courage and also your willingness to open up.  When bringing up the subject, approach your parents calmly and tell them exactly how you have been feeling.  You can also try writing them a letter if talking to them is too difficult.  If your parents are not able to offer any help, ask to talk with a doctor or mental health professional/therapist.
