During puberty, hormonal and physical changes in the body can be both exciting and puzzling. Part of this process may be figuring out your sexual orientation. In the teen years, it is common to experience same-sex crushes. Sometimes, this same-sex attraction is just a phase. Other times, the feelings can become stronger. Not everyone agrees that having these feelings are normal. However, it is still important for you to talk about your feelings with someone you trust to help you deal with the issue.
